You are definitely out of shape if you feel like you are going to die after doing (well, kind of doing) a 10 minute thigh workout and one of Kathy Smith’s warm ups (yeah … I said warm up). I think I am going to just walk for a week or two before I attempt any more of my fitness DVDs from the library again. 😉
